Healing For The Nations Christian Church is an
independent Pentecostal Church that began in June of 1980.
The founding Pastor, Reverend Clarence King,
had accepted Christ through the Catholic Charismatic
movement of the 60's and 70's and he spent several years
as a traveling evangelist throughout the Midwest and Canada.
It was during this period that the Lord worked many miracles
through the ministry of Rev. King, including the healing of a
six year old girl from rheumatoid arthritis. In gratitude to Jesus,
the girl's father erected a huge cross in the front of his home,
from which he hung the girl's crutches,
this would become the inspiration for the ministry logo.
